5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is essential when using this gift card, and bookings are subject to availability. 

Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival. This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Gift cards are valid until the date shown on the voucher and can be used multiple times during this period. A valid credit card is still needed to secure the booking and for the security deposit.
